Where we ship

Beau Glitter currently ships within Australia only. We do not currently accept international orders.

Production time

Each glitter print is individually made to order using the photograph supplied by the customer. Our usual production time is 5–7 business days after payment has been confirmed and we have received a usable image and all required order details.

If the supplied image is missing, cannot be opened, or may not produce a suitable print, we may contact you before production begins. Production time may be paused until we receive a replacement image or the information needed to continue.

Business days do not include weekends or Australian public holidays.

Delivery estimates

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

  • Standard delivery: 5–7 business days

  • Express delivery: 2–3 business days

Production time and delivery time are separate. For example, selecting express delivery speeds up shipping after dispatch but does not reduce the 5–7 business day production period.

Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees. Delays caused by carriers, severe weather, public holidays, incorrect delivery details, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may occasionally occur.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be sent to the email address used at checkout after the order has been dispatched.

Address accuracy

Please check your delivery address carefully before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at martinadrozario@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after production or fulfilment has begun.

If an order is returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was supplied, additional postage may be required before it can be sent again.

Lost, delayed, or damaged parcels

If your parcel appears to be delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and any relevant photographs. We will review the issue and work with the delivery provider where appropriate.

Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
